All products sold by The Obsidian Lantern House are digital case files delivered in PDF format. By purchasing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or modify the files without explicit permission.
2. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed through our website or approved sales channels. We accept payment via PayNow, PayLah, and other methods as specified during checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are in Singapore dollars.
3. Digital Products & Delivery
Since our products are digital, no physical goods will be shipped. After payment confirmation, your case file will be delivered via email to the address provided during purchase. Delivery may take up to 24 hours during the launch period. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your file within this timeframe.
4. Refunds, Returns & Support
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be provided once the file has been delivered. However, if you receive an incomplete or incorrect file, please contact us at theobsidianlanternhouse@gmail.com. We will gladly assist you.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the content, design, artwork, branding, and digital files remain the exclusive property of The Obsidian Lantern House. Purchase of our products does not transfer any ownership rights to the buyer.
6. User Conduct & Restrictions
You agree not to misuse our products or services, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing, copying, hacking, reverse engineering, or any activity that may harm or disrupt the experience for others or violate applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Obsidian Lantern House shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.
