How will I access the digital products?

​After your order is placed, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Once payment is confirmed, your digital case file will be delivered manually via email to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery during our launch period. If you do not receive your file within this time, kindly check your spam or junk folder.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and refunds or exchanges are not available once the file has been delivered.

What is the difference between the E-copy and E-reader formats?

Both the E-copy and E-reader versions are provided in PDF format, but they are designed for different reading experiences.

The E-copy is formatted for larger screens such as tablets, laptops, or printing. Its layout is not optimised for e-readers, so it may not display properly on devices like Kindle or Kobo.

The E-reader version is specifically sized and optimised for e-reader screens, ensuring a comfortable and seamless reading experience.

There is also a difference in the number of files you will receive:

• E-copy purchase: 4 files — the main case file, Instructions, Hints, and Revelation.

• E-reader purchase: 2 files — the E-reader case file and Hints.

For the E-reader version, the Instructions and Revelation are fully integrated into the main E-reader file, reducing the need to switch between multiple documents.

What is the refund policy?

All products sold by The Obsidian Lantern House are digital files. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the case file has been delivered.

That said, if you receive an incomplete or incorrect file, please reach out to us and we will be glad to assist.

No, our mystery game files are only available in digital PDF format. However, you’re welcome to print the files if you prefer. This gives you the flexibility to either play directly on your device or enjoy a printed version at home for convenience.
